Hello Kate,
Thanks for visiting planDisney, where we always appreciate an opportunity to share suggestions from our own experiences to help you put together your magical Disney vacation plans.
It's so exciting to hear that you've got a great, big, beautiful tomorrow ahead of you with a visit to the Disneyland Resort! I can imagine you're looking forward to all the magic that awaits you.
I can also completely understand you wanting to confirm all your plans to make sure everything is as pixie-dusted perfect as can be. While as a planDisney panelist I'm not able to look at your plans to confirm them, I can offer some tips on how you can take a look at your theme park tickets and your theme park reservations yourself.
First, I'll mention that you can reach out to the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636 with specific questions you might have about your tickets.
It's helpful to know that the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system takes care of two important steps for you at the same time. When you purchase new theme park tickets, the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system prompts you step by step to select your theme park tickets and select your theme park reservations based on reservation availability. The Disneyland Resort launched the new system back in May as a way to make it easier to plan theme park visits by helping Guests
buy new tickets and make new reservations in the same set of steps.
So, if you used the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system, either online or through the
Disneyland Resort mobile app, you might have noticed the step where you were prompted to "Reserve Your Ticket Dates" by selecting reservation dates from the calendar. This is the step that automatically helps make your theme park reservations along with your new theme park ticket purchase.
You can check and confirm your theme park reservations through the
"My Theme Park Reservations" feature in your Disneyland Resort account. You can also see your theme park reservations on your Disneyland Resort mobile app.
The Disneyland Resort mobile app will also let you see your theme park tickets. From the app menu (the three stacked lines in the lower right), you can tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile.
I hope this information is helpful, Kate. If you find that you're not seeing your tickets and reservations display as expected, you can call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. As an alternative, you can contact the Disneyland Resort Website Support team at (714) 520-6222.
Kate, be sure to
follow the Disney Parks Blog as a fun and helpful way to stay in the know about all the exciting experiences coming to the Disneyland Resort.
Here's wishing you a wonderful visit to the Disneyland Resort, Kate!
