Hi - Could you please confirm that the Riverside Mill at Port Orleans Riverside has a selection of cereal and fresh fruit for breakfast? What about oatmeal? Finally are the refill cups still available? Thanks so much - Bobbi

    Welcome BACK, Barbara!

Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the corner! You must be getting oh so excited. I stayed at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside in May with three of my best mom-friends and we had the best time!

Yes, the Riverside Mill Food Court does indeed have a selection of cereal and fresh fruit offered all day. You'll find multiple stations serving a wide selection of options at this dining location. The middle section is a grab-and-go refrigerated area with items like bottled soda, half gallons of milk, desserts for later, boxed kids meals and also pre-packed containers of fresh fruit, veggies and more. A variety of individual cereal cups will either be over here too, or they will be found near the cash registers. And bonus: these grab-and-go items are available all day, not just at breakfast time.

Depending on the day, oatmeal might be an option at one of the prepared food lines. If you have children who are anything like mine in that they only eat two things and you absolutely need oatmeal to function, it is available at all of the in-park Starbucks locations, or you could always bring your own instant packs from home and make your own using the readily available hot water from the coffee machines at the beverage island. And yes, you will find plenty of refill cups at this dining location, with lids that are available in about five different colors.

Did you know that guests of Riverside are allowed to use the pools at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter? And there's also a ferryboat connecting these two resort hotels to Disney Springs!

We'll See You Real Soon, Barbara!
