Hi. can you please confirm if i buy a one day park hopper plus ticket i will be able to visit a water park on a separate day to the day i spend at the theme park?

Hiya Janice! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by! I love when I get a chance to talk about Walt Disney World with Guests from all around the world!

You have a perfect idea, Janice! A trip to a Disney Water Park during your visit is much needed when traveling during the summer months. The heat and humidity can be high some days, so taking a break from the weather and enjoying Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park will be a great change of pace.

When purchasing a single-day ticket with the Park Hopper Plus Option, you will have two days of fun ahead. One day can be spent hopping from park to park while the other day you are cooling down at the water park. You are required to make a park reservation to the first park you plan to visit on your theme park day. Then, starting at 2 PM, you can hop over to any of the other three parks (depending on the park's capacity on that day). Disney's water parks do not require reservations at this time. Currently, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is undergoing a refurbishment and not operating, but Typhoon Lagoon is open and welcoming all Guests!

Janice, if you are currently residing in Great Britain, you have access to purchase Magic Tickets through the Walt Disney Travel Company website. There are two options at this time, 7-day or 14-day tickets which include park hopping, water park access, and Memory Maker. Even better yet, the 14-day ticket is currently being sold at the same price as the 7-day ticket (pricing is always subject to change). The value of these tickets is incredible.

I understand that you may not be visiting for this length of time, so if you only need to purchase a one-day park ticket, you can do so either at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or at any of the ticket windows outside of each theme park entrance. Keep in mind, that if you wait until the day of your park visit, you may be limited on what parks are available to make a park reservation for on that day.

I hope this information helps you plan your trip, Janice! Have a magical time visiting the Walt Disney World Resort!

    See ya real soon!
