Can you please clarify- If using the DDP QS credit for kids lunch at BOG, is dessert (a cupcake) included with their meal? They are always allowed to choose one at other QS locations but an employee at BOG said it wasn't included our last visit.

    Hi, Sarah!

When using the Disney Dining Plan for Quick Service Kids Meals, the meals usually come with a drink, entrée, and 2 sides, and sometimes one of the side options is a cookie. An additional dessert is  not included with a Kids Meal. The same is true at Be Our Guest, so the cupcake would not be included.

But there is way to get that cupcake for your little Mouseketeer!  At lunch, Be Our Guest is a Quick Service location. Because adult and child entitlements are not separated out for Quick Service, your child could order a complete adult meal, including the cupcake.

Another option is to stick with the Kids Meal and all that comes with it, and order a cupcake separate. This can be purchased for around $5 or you can use one of your snack credits.

Enjoy the wonderful food and beautiful atmosphere of Be Our Guest. If you see Beast roaming around his castle, tell him I said "Hi!"

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
