Hello, Amelia!
Welcome to planDisney!I hope you are so looking forward to your holiday at the Walt Disney World Resort. You're going to have such a practically perfect time.
It's great to hear you will be using the
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan during your stay. I love the flexibility it offers and the peace of mind to know that we don't need to worry about our food budget while on our vacation. The Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan is quick and easy and works at over
90 participating locations. My favorite happens to be
Satu'li Canteen inside Pandora - The World of Avatar at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. The fresh, healthy bowls are just the fuel I need for a day of exploring.
As far as snacks are concerned, there are so many options listed throughout the parks and resorts that you probably won't find a cumulative list online. From a traditional Mickey-shaped pretzel to a 20-ounce bottle of soda and even a Venti-sized beverage from the in-park Starbucks locations, you'll find plenty of ways to use your dining plan snacks. I do have a few favorites I am happy to share with you!
In Magic Kingdom Park if I am feeling hungry, I go for a bowl of New England Clam Chowder at Columbia Harbour House. If I want something sweet, I head to the Sunshine Tree Terrace for an I Lava You Float. It's strawberry soda with passion fruit flavoring, DOLE Whip orange and popping candy.
At EPCOT, you'll find me at
Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in World Showcase for a savory Croissant Jambon Fromage (ham, cheese and bechamel in a croissant) or a sweet beignet filled with chocolate and hazelnuts.
Disney's Hollywood Studios offers some great options as well, including the chili-cheese fries at
Rosie's All-American Cafe or a galactic cup of blue or green milk from the Milk Stand in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
Last, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park offers tasty sweets at
Zuri's Sweets Shop or I go for Mr. Kamal's Seasoned Fries with Siracha Mayo at Mr. Kamal's or the Baked Mac & Cheese at the
Eight Spoon Cafe.
Please be aware, that the offerings and dining plan participation may change at any time, so please don't be discouraged if any of these have become unavailable during your visit. If you need any other recommendations or tips, Amelia, please send me or any of my panelist pals another question. We'd love to hear from you. Have a wonderful vacation.
Magical Wishes,
Lauren
