    Hi can you please advise if I can pick up my purchased ultimate ticket (UK) from guest services in Downtown Disney or do I have to go to one of the Ticketing booths at the parks?

    Hello Michael and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. 
    It's always a great pleasure for me to help out a fellow Brit with their magical holiday plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort! 
    As my fellow Moms Panelist Juliette mentioned in her previous answer to you Guests are indeed requested to collect their physical Disney Theme Park Tickets at Will Call locations; this is especially so for us Brits as currently the UK exclusive Disney's Ultimate Tickets are not posted to addresses here in United Kingdom. 
    However I'm more than happy to share that as stated on my very own Disney Ticket Confirmation email attachment for my families Ultimate Theme Park Tickets; Guests are requested to collect tickets from Will Call locations at Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Park or at the Ticket and Transportation Centre located at Magic Kingdom Park.  In addition be sure to have with you your email documents and passport as a form of photo ID.
