Hi, Kara! Thank you for visiting planDisney before your vacation at sea.
Before you know it, you’ll be welcomed aboard by the fantastic Disney Crew! Whether you are searching for enchanting entertainment, delightful dining options, or unique activities, you’re sure to find all that and more with Disney Cruise Line! While no one likes to think about the end of a lovely vacation, I have a few tips to share.
Your Stateroom Host will leave character luggage tags in your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. Remove any old tags before attaching these new ones. In the evening, your Stateroom Host will gather everyone’s luggage for easy transport off the ship. Remember to keep out any essential medication and an outfit for the morning. After breakfast, listen for your character to be called. You can now exit the ship and retrieve your bags in the terminal.
If you’d like to be among the first Guests off the ship, you can utilize Express Walk-Off. Once local authorities have cleared the ship, an announcement will be made that you can disembark. The time varies by port, but it’s usually between 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. If utilizing Express Walk-Off, you will not place your luggage in the hallway but keep it inside your stateroom. When you hear the announcement that the ship has been cleared, you can take your luggage and disembark the ship.
My family always utilizes Express Walk-Off. It helps that we only travel with carry-on bags because there is no luggage assistance. Keep everyone’s
Key to the World card with you. They will be scanned one last time as you exit the ship.
I hope this information helps you
plan your trip home. Please feel free to cruise our way again with any follow-up questions. We are delighted to help.
SEAS the adventure!
