Greetings, Amie.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney today to chat about your upcoming jolly holiday. I bet you are more than eager to be taking in the sights and sounds of Main Street, U.S.A. and enjoying all that the
holiday season at The Most Magical Place on Earth has to offer in just a few weeks. Let the final countdown commence!
Amie, unfortunately, the pre-arrival registration option for
Disability Access Service (DAS) is currently only available to Guests based in the United States. Don’t let that worry you a wink though, because you will still be able to register for Disability Access Service (DAS) as soon as you arrive at the first theme park of your vacation. Just head straight to the
Guest Relations location there, and a friendly Cast Member will walk you through the registration process. Should you meet the qualifications for DAS, they will also help you set up your initial selections.
You can then utilize the Same-Day DAS Return Time Self-Selection Tool in your
My Disney Experience mobile app to make subsequent selections throughout the day. Open the menu in your app (the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner) and click on the Disability Access Service (DAS) button to use the self-selection tool. If you have any issues making DAS selections or need assistance with DAS in any way, keep an eye out for the
Guest Experience Team locations throughout the parks (marked with blue umbrellas). The Cast Members there can assist you with any of your DAS needs.
Don’t forget to check out all of the festive fun at the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays during your vacation. It’s one of my favorite yearly events and definitely not something to be missed. Have a truly magical trip, Amie, and we’ll see ya real soon!
Merry planning,
Alyssa
