    We have a Plaza Inn Dining package for the Christmas parade. My mother is non dairy. How do I find out about the plant based options? Do I need to let someone know ahead of time about this?

    Hey there, Melissa! Thanks for bringing this great question to planDisney. Given I am vegetarian, and my daughter has a tree nut allergy, I am well aware of special dietary needs when visiting the parks! 

    Once you arrive at Plaza Inn, you can let them know about your mom’s dietary needs. The last time I had a dining package at Plaza Inn I did the same. They will inform you of your options, plus you can request to speak to the chef or a special diets-trained Cast Member if you need further assistance.

    I find there are so many incredible plant-based options at Disneyland Resort. You can ask to see a special diets menu at nearly any restaurant. One of my favorite plant-based dishes is the Tacos Dorados de Papa at Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill at Disney California Adventure Park!
