    Playgrounds in Disney

Hello Paul and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

While all of the Walt Disney World Resort is for both kids and those that are kids at heart, nothing can beat a free-range playground to help kids get out some energy. Playgrounds can be found at most of the Disney Resort Hotels. A complete list of resorts with playgrounds on-site can be found here.

Both the Magic Kingdom and Disney's Animal Kingdom have large scale play areas.  At the Magic Kingdom, when you are waiting to fly into the air with Dumbo, your young ones can enjoy an indoor, multi-level play area. Nearby you will find Casey Jr. Slash 'N' Soak Station. As you would guess, this area will get your kids wet!  At Disney's Animal Kingdom you will find The Boneyard which includes a dig site along with more typical play areas.

As you can see, there is no shortage of playgrounds at the Walt Disney World Resort!

    See ya real soon,
    Anne

I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother.  One of my favorite things to do is to travel with multi-generational groups. I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures. Learn More About Anne
