Ahoy there, Kelly! Welcome back to the planDisney panel where my pals and I are so happy that you've cruised our way again.
I'm especially excited that you sailed to us with a question about
Palo, my favorite restaurant! I enjoyed both Palo brunch and Palo dinner on a recent cruise, and both menus and experiences were incredible. We were even lucky enough to be served by our favorite server at Palo. He was our server on a cruise four years ago and it was such a pleasant surprise to see him again.
As a loyal guest and
Platinum Castaway Club Member, with over ten sailings with the Disney Cruise Line, I'm sure you have seen familiar faces a time or two while sailing. And with your Platinum status, your loyalty is rewarded with member benefits like early access to booking cruises and activities. You also receive special discounts on board, and as you mentioned, a complimentary dinner is offered to Platinum Members and any guests sailing in their stateroom. This is limited to one complimentary experience per stateroom and is subject to availability.
This complimentary dining experience is just offered for dinner, so if you'd like to enjoy brunch as well, be sure to utilize your early booking access 120 days prior to sailing to reserve your table.
For dinner, my spouse and I prefer to order a la carte for our favorite dishes. If you love seafood, the Ciuppin Soup is delicious. My dinner entrée at Palo is always the Parmesan Crusted Rack of Niman Ranch Lamb. I honestly dream of this dish. And for dessert, you can't beat the Soufflé. I prefer the Amaretto Soufflé while my husband orders the Chocolate Soufflé. Those dishes create our recipe for the perfect dinner at Palo.
I hope that you find the dishes that are just perfect for you and that you enjoy your complimentary dinner at Palo. Have a lovely cruise vacation and please, cruise our way again if you have any further questions. My fellow panelists and I are always happy to help.
Bon Voyage and Bon appétite!
