    I have the platinum annual pass and want to purchase park hopper tickets for my family member who does not have an annual pass. Are there any discounts or special offers? My family member is a Florida resident. Thanks!

    What a great gift! There are a number of special offers for Florida residents beyond annual passes. You'll find an assortment of options, based on the number of days you want to visit the theme parks with your family member.

    Check them out on the Florida Resident special offers page. One thing you may want to note: sometimes an annual pass isn't much more money than a multi-day park hopper ticket, even with the discounts. And, through January 3, 2017, all new annual passes are for 13 months instead of 12 in celebration of Walt Disney World's 45th anniversary.

    My family finds the Silver Pass (with its peak season blockout dates) is the most economical and convenient for us. So it's something to consider.
