Are there plates, bowls, silverware in the family suite rooms?

    Hi Karin,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Are you thinking of the family suites like those at Disney's Art of Animation Resort? I had an opportunity to check out the family suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort on a recent trip to Walt Disney World, and I think the suites themed and styled after animation favorites such as Cars, The Lion King, and Finding Nemo are roomy and comfy and fun. The suites do offer a kitchenette and they are stocked with paper dinnerware and plasticware. "Mousekeeping" (housekeeping) will bring new supplies when they clean and service the room, and you can also call and request to have some sent to the room. If you're thinking of 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom villa-style accommodations, those kitchen spaces are stocked with standard dinnerware, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils. One of the best things about a Walt Disney World Resort hotel stay is the variety of accommodation options that offer all your typical at-home conveniences surrounded by all your Disney magic.

Karin, I hope you'll stop back with any questions you have as you plan your Walt Disney World vacation.

    Enjoy your Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
