The issue you describe is interesting because you said you do not have a reservation for the first theme park. I recommend trying to make your
theme park reservations to the theme park you desire. I suspect, if it allows it, that could fix the issue. To make a theme park reservation, ensure that your theme park tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account and double-check your
Family & Friends List to ensure everyone is included. Select the date and theme park you desire and confirm, if available. If for some reason, you are unable to reserve the theme park, it might be a good idea to call website support at (407)939-4357 so that a cast member can assist you. You will be able to park hop to the second theme park after 2:00 PM.
