    Are there any plans to offer the Dining Plans to visitors staying outside of the Disney resorts? We have relatives who live nearby and would like to use the Dining Plan but are staying with them to keep the costs down.

    Hi Marlene!

         Currently the Disney Dining Plans are only offered for purchase to Guests who are staying in Walt Disney World Resorts and I have not heard of any changes to this policy in the future.  Sometimes during the year there are offers for free dining packages which can save quite a bit of money and may convince even a local resident to come stay on Walt Disney World Property for a vacation. 

    I hope that you find a Disney deal that lets you afford to stay on Walt Disney World Property and get a Disney Dining Plan!
