Hi K C,
Welcome to planDisney!
I am thrilled to see that you have an upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! It sounds as if your resort hotel is not linked in
My Disney Experience. If you have not done so already, use that confirmation number to
link to your My Disney Experience account. Once linked, you should be able to log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and Make a Payment on your reservation online.
You could also
contact a Cast Member by phone to get assistance with making a payment. In My Disney Experience, you can also verify the reservation (i.e. number of nights, resort hotel, type of room, and type of tickets if you purchased theme park tickets). If you have not linked that vacation package, I am worried that you do not have
Disney Park Pass system reservations. You actually have to make those. In looking at the
theme park reservation availability calendar, park passes are limited during the time of your visit.
If you have not made
advanced dining reservations, I also strongly suggest that you make some. Although we did use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering on our last visit, we preferred having dining reservations. While there, we also loved using
Mobile Dine Check-in. If you have not made any advanced dining reservations, you can also use the My Disney Experience Mobile App to check
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability.
I trust you will get that reservation linked and make those Disney Park Pass system reservations. Be sure to also check the
operational updates since policies and procedures could change prior to your trip. We are so excited for your visit. A world of magic awaits!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
