    Are there any plans for free dining plans in 2013?

    Hello, Michelle!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    Oh, how I wish I could look into the future to see what Disney has planned for their guests.  Unfortunately, I cannot.  At this point, no specials have been released concerning free dining.  There is no rhyme or reason as to when they will release any information concerning specials, so please keep checking back.  I really hope that they do offer free dining again.
