Are there any plans to have the my Disney experience app available for Fitbit?

Hey Howdy Hey Michelle and welcome to planDisney!

One of the big game changers when it comes to visiting Walt Disney World Resort was the introduction of the MagicBands several years ago. This made things so much easier to navigate the parks and so convenient to have everything you needed right from your wrist. Of course, this was not enough and last year Disney released the new development, the Disney MagicMobile Service

With this option, you could access everything you needed that would be accessible from your MagicBand right from your smart device. Considering we all seem to carry a smartphone with us these days, this again made things so easy and less likely to forget as well. With the partnership that Disney has with Apple, this phase was accessible early for Apple users with the ability to use this on their smartwatches. This process however has seemed to stall at that point. As an avid Android user, I have been anxiously awaiting the ability to utilize My Disney Experience and all the perks of MagicMobile from my smartwatch, but am still waiting. There have been some developments in that Google pay is now available on a lot of smartwatches but the accessibility of Disney technology from these devices is not there yet. I would assume that eventually, you would be able to access My Disney Experience from all smart devices but that question still remains to be answered. Keep an eye on Disney Parks Blog for any development because you and I are in similar boats waiting for the ability to use our non-Apple devices with My Disney Experience.

    Have a Magical Day,
