    Hello, any plans on departing from NYC?

    Hi Karen,

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question about departures from one of my favorite ports: New York City.

    I've sailed from New York twice on Disney Cruise Line -- once on the Magic to Canada and once on the Dream to Bermuda -- and it truly is magical to sail away past Lower Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty and the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge.

    I have good news for you. Just this week, Disney Cruise Line announced a return to New York City in the fall of 2027. The Disney Wish is scheduled for seven voyages from New York, beginning in late September 2027.

    The New York City itineraries will include Bermuda, New England, Canada and, on the final cruise of the season from New York, Puerto Rico.

    Booking for the cruises from New York and other itineraries for Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 begin soon. Reservations for Pearl Castaway Club members open at 8 am Eastern on August 31, 2026. Platinum members can book on September 1, Gold members on September 2, Silver on September 3, and Disney Vacation Club and Adventure Insiders on September 4.

    Reservations open for the general public on September 8.
