I do have good news about your tickets. The value paid for
Walt Disney World theme park admission never expires, so you can redeem a wholly unused ticket anytime by upgrading it to present ticket prices. When you're ready to travel, you can modify your ticket dates in My Disney Experience. In the
mobile app, click on Tickets and Passes on the home screen. Then, scroll through until you see a ticket you'd like to modify and tap on the Change Ticket icon to choose new dates and pay any price difference associated with the future trip. If the option to change your ticket doesn't appear, or if you no longer see your tickets in the mobile app, you must
call Walt Disney World Reservations. Sometimes, tickets disappear from our view when they expire, but a Cast Member can still see them and alter them to fit your needs.
