Our plans are changing which has us changing some park days. We already have DAS advance selections made. Is it possible to get those changed since our park days are changed?

    Hiya Deanna!

Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! Oh my goodness, Deanna, your magical vacation is coming so soon! Can you believe that in a few weeks, you will be at the Walt Disney World Resort, soaking in all the magic? I know I would be so excited if I were you, and I am honoured to be a part of your planning process.

One of my favourite things about the Disney Parks is that everyone can enjoy the magic, no matter their needs or origins. The Disability Access Service is one of the many accommodations that make the Disney Parks accessible. I am glad that you were able to register for DAS in advance and that you will be able to take advantage of the new advance registration program. Unfortunately, advance registrations cannot be changed. However, I would still recommend requesting a live chat with a Cast Member on the Disability Access Service page. Indeed, these Cast Members are the ones who can schedule your advance selections, so you could ask them if yours can be cancelled and if you could make new ones at the appropriate parks. Don't forget that advanced selections can only be made up to two days before your visit, so it would be better to reach out sooner than later. The live chat is available from seven A.M. to ten A.M., and you will not need to schedule another video call.

Now, I thought I would share some of the things that you can do while you wait for your next DAS return time! At EPCOT, I highly recommend visiting the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival and looking into all its offerings. One of my favourite things to do is to go around the different food booths and try different treats. Indeed, I always love to pick up a festival passport on my way into the park to look through the food options and pick which ones I would like to try! If you are travelling with little ones, the Spike's Pollen-Nation Exploration scavenger hunt is perfect for having fun between attractions, and I thought it was fun for older dreamers. Maps and stickers can be purchased at select merchandise locations, and you will receive a complimentary prize at the end!

I hope this was helpful, Deanna, and that you and your ohana will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip, please don't hesitate to reach out. You and me, we're in a club now!

Have a magical day, and see ya real soon,
