My plans have changed and I need to Cancel My Reservations, can you help me?

    Hello, Phillip!

Welcome to planDisney! We are beyond grateful you stopped by, and thank you so much for the opportunity to answer your question!

We are so sorry to hear you need to cancel your Walt Disney World vacation. There are actually two possible ways to cancel your reservation. The first way is through your My Disney Experience Account. You can login by hovering over the My Disney Experience logo located at the top of the main Walt Disney World webpage and clicking My Plans. You will then find your reservation under the My Plans, Reservations and Tickets area. From there, you can check to see if you have the link to Change Reservation or Cancel Reservation to the right of your confirmation number. If these links are not available to you through your My Disney Experience account, the second way to cancel your reservation is to call 407-W-DISNEY and speak to a very helpful Cast Member.

PLEASE know all of my pals at planDisney are here to help you plan your next Walt Disney World vacation when you are ready! OH, and when the time is right, make sure you check out the Special Offers Mickey Mouse has prepared for all of his honored guests!

We hope to See Ya Real Soon!
