Are there any plans to bring back the Star Wars Guided Tours. We ok the tour last May and it was amazing. We are coming back in late February but we get mixed info on whether it will be offered again.

Bright Suns, John! That’s a greeting they use on the planet of Batuu, which you’ll visit when you travel to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in February. I took my own trip to Batuu a few months ago, and as a lifelong Star Wars fan, I was absolutely amazed. I can’t wait for you to live your own Star Wars adventure in just a few months!

Have you heard about Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance? I got a sneak peek of this epic attraction on my recent visit, and let me tell you: it is going to be like nothing we’ve experienced. I’ve already joined the Resistance, and I can’t wait to work with them to battle the First Order on this immersive attraction when it opens December 5, 2019.

Honestly, John, I think the Jedi Council are still getting their droids in a row and waiting until Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance opens before they make further Star Wars decisions. I’m sending you some Force Dust (that’s like pixie dust, Star Wars style) that the tour makes a comeback before your February visit.

Since you may not get a Princess Leia hologram with the latest news, I recommend reading the Disney Parks Blog for all the dispatches from Black Spire Outpost and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. You might also want to call Special Events and Tours (407) WDW-TOUR to see if they have any further information, and to let them know how much you’d love to see the Star Wars Guided Tour make a comeback.

John, my number one tip for visiting Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is to take a lot of time to explore. Speak to the residents of Black Spire Outpost, and ask them about Batuu’s customs and what it’s like living in this First Order outpost at the edge of the galaxy. Spots like Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities and Oga’s Cantina are full of incredible Star Wars details and you will most certainly spot a few familiar artifacts. It’s truly an incredible place, and I hope you have the best time on Batuu!

May the Force Be With You,
