Have plans to book a Vac. at PORS for Wedding Annv. celebration (54th). Also planning on breafast at Chef Mickey. Question is what time in the mornings do the Buses begin at Downtoen Dis. to take guess to other resorts? (Comtempary)

    Hi Robert,

Congratulations to you and your lovely bride on your upcoming wedding anniversary!  I hope my husband and I get to celebrate our 54th wedding anniversary at Walt Disney World some day.

Good news!  You don't need to catch a bus at Downtown Disney to reach your breakfast reservation at Chef Mickey's.   Instead, ask the Cast Members at the Guest Services desk at your home resort where you should go to pick up the early morning "breakfast bus."  Be at that bus stop 90 minutes before your reservation time.  A bus will be along to pick up guests at Disney's Port Orleans Resort.  Tell your driver that you are headed to Disney's Contemporary Resort and he or she will deliver you to the Magic Kingdom (where you will catch a monorail to Chef Mickey's) or to Disney's Contemporary Resort directly.  Either way you'll reach your destination in time to dine with "the big cheese" himself!  What a great way to start a Disney day!

Best wishes for a magical anniversary celebration!

    Jill

PS.  Be sure to note on your resort reservation that you are celebrating your anniversary and pick up anniversary buttons at the Guest Services desk in the first Disney theme park you visit.  It doesn't hurt to let others know you're celebrating.  You just never know what extra pixie dust may come your way.
