How do I see only my plans in the app? I am seeing all of my friends plans. I have adjusted my family and friends list to share with them only our shared plans. But I see all of their plans. How do I, on my side, change the view to only see my plans?

    Hiya, Katherine! Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like your trip is coming up in just a few short weeks, that’s so exciting! I’m happy to help with your question regarding your Family & Friends List.

To answer your question, I went into the My Disney Experience app on my device and followed these steps:

    1. Open the My Disney Experience app, and near the bottom of the screen, tap the three horizontal lines icon, which is the rightmost icon.
    2. Scroll down to “Profile” under the “Account” heading.
    3. Tap “Family & Friends List” at the top right corner of the page.
    4. Select any person for which you’d like to edit the settings.
    5. Select either “All My Plans” or “Only Plans We Share”.

It’s a similar process on a web browser if you prefer to use the Walt Disney World Resort website. For the website, follow these steps:

    1. From the welcome page, toggle to the “My Disney Experience” tab on the far right.
    2. On the dropdown menu, select “My Family & Friends.”
    3. For any person you’d like to change the setting for, click the “Edit Settings” box.
    4. Here, you can toggle off that person’s ability to view and modify your plans.

Now, it sounds like you have already done this but are still seeing your friends’ plans. There are two ways to ensure you do not see their plans:

    1. For any person whose plans you no longer wish to see, they will also need to stop sharing their plans with you. They can do this by following the process above.
    2. Another option would be to remove any person whose plans you do not wish to see from your Family & Friends List. Note that you can always re-add them to your Family & Friends List in the future, when you are making plans together.

I hope this answers your question, Katherine! If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your trip, please come back and see us here at planDisney!

    Happy planning!
