We're plannng a trip to WDW and the surrounding parks summer of 2015. I've heard other people talk about bringing in small non parishable snacks nto the park to consume while waiting in ride lines. What exactly are the "rules" on this?

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Bringing snacks is a great idea. You are allowed to bring food into the parks with a few exceptions. Alcohol and glass containers (except for baby food) are not allowed. In addition, you are not permitted to bring in a rolling cooler.

I find that granola bars and pretzels are the perfect snacks for my family because they are easy to carry and convenient to eat on the go. Since you are traveling in the summer, I'd also recommend bringing cold water into the parks.

    Have a great vacation!
