Hi Cheryl! Thanks for coming by planDisney as you start to plan for your magical vacation next year! Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with family at any age and stage is magical; how special to be planning for time with your adult children at the Most Magical Place on Earth, where we all get to feel like a kid again!
Cheryl, when you book your Disney Resort Hotel reservation, you will need to include the names and ages of any guests who will be staying in the room with you as all guests must be registered with the resort. This will allow each guest access to the room through their
My Disney Experience mobile app or
Disney Band and also allows each guest the benefits of staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, including
Early Theme Park Entry!
While I understand you want one guest for some nights and a second guest for other nights, there isn't a way to distinguish this on your reservation, so your best solution would be to include both of your guests on the entire reservation so they will have access and benefits for the nights they will be with you at the resort.
As you navigate your planning for an October arrival, be sure to check out
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, hosted select nights in October at Magic Kingdom Park! This is one of my favorite fall festivities at Disney - the Boo to You parade is not to be missed, and the trick-or-treating is all treats, no tricks! I also recommend following along on the
Disney Parks Blog for updates about new attractions, shows, and events while you are in the planning stages! By 2025, there are sure to be some exciting new things to discover at the parks!
I hope this is helpful in your planning, and encourage you to come on back to planDisney as you finalize your vacation! We're always here to help!
Magic Awaits,
Alison
