I am planning to come to disneyland on oct 13 and 14. I purchased "2-day ticket with admission to 1 park per day and disney maxpass"before COVID. I'm reading online that these tickets are non longer being used, but will mine be honored?

    Hi Damian! Welcome to planDisney.

I'm so happy to hear that you'll finally be able to use your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets. As someone who canceled a few vacations in 2020, I understand how excited you must be to finally visit The Happiest Place on Earth! Your visit will be here before you know it.

I recommend taking a look at the Returning to a Land of Magic: Theme Park Tickets and Reservations webpage. Scroll to the very bottom of the page to find a list of ticket types under "Modifications and Cancellations" - this list may be helpful in determining the expiration date of your ticket.

As for the Disney MaxPass included in your ticket, that program has been officially retired. I recommend using the Email Us form and selecting "Disney MaxPass Refunds" from the drop-down menu; be sure to provide your ticket number in your inquiry. A Cast Member will be able to assist you with the options available for your ticket type. You may also call ((714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member for assistance.

Thanks for stopping by with your question, and please come back and see us if you think of any further questions as you count down the days. Your October plans are during spooky season, which is one of the very best times for a Disney Parks visit! The Disney Parks Blog recently shared lots of great information about Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort, and there is going to be so much frightful fun. Enjoy every minute!

    Wishing you much magic,
    Robyn
