Hello. We planning to take our 2 1/2 yr old on his first trip to Disney this Dec (we are FL residents). We are deciding between the Animal Kingdom Lodge and the All Star Movies. Which would he enjoy more?

Hi Crissy - both of those resorts are great for families with little children, but my vote would be for the Animal Kingdom Lodge.  My son and daughter both love that resort - they just couldn't believe that we could see animals right outside our window, and sat there for the longest time every day, noses pressed against glass, just watching.

The buses at Animal Kingdom Lodge generally only serve that resort, so the overall time on the bus isn't too bad, and they aren't usually super-crowded.  In addition, the restaurants at the Animal Kingdom Lodge are excellent!  I highly recommend that you visit Boma while you are there - there are plenty of kid-friendly items on the buffet.

    Have a great vacation!
