    Hi all. Planning this years holiday - usually we travel to WDW for 2 weeks in November (perfect weather) but our daughter will be in school now. So we were thinking of 2 weeks over Christmas and NY. What is the weather like at this time? Many thanks!

    We have traveled to Walt Disney World in December many times.  Spending the holidays at Disney is extra magical! The one word I can use to describe the weather at that time of year is "unpredictable"!    We have had vacations where we're in shorts one day and in sweaters and hats the next day. 

    Anytime we travel to Disney World in December, we make sure to be prepared for anything.  I suggest packing things you can layer.  You may start out the day in sweaters or coats and be in t-shirts by lunchtime.  We definitely can't pack light for our December trips, but we're glad to have a range of clothing so we're able to dress comfortably no matter what Mother Nature throws at us!
