Hi! We’re planning a 2027 wedding at Paradise Cove in Orlando with around 22 guests. We’re interested in a private viewing area or dessert party at EPCOT or Magic Kingdom. I recall a private buffet near Rose & Crown, can you advise please? Thanks

    Hi Shaunie,

Welcome to planDisney! First off, congratulations! I can’t imagine how excited you must be as you plan for one of the most important days of your life. The venue you chose is beautiful, and I am certain your wedding will be spectacular. I love that you would like to add a bit of Disney Magic to your wedding experience; adding time at Walt Disney World Resort will be such a memorable experience. Let’s jump in and answer your question.

There are a few options both at EPCOT and Magic Kingdom that might be super fun for your family and friends to experience with you and your significant other during this special time. I do need to mention that for all of these experiences, the largest party that you can book an experience for online is 20. You have the option of calling to see what other options there might be, or booking two smaller groups for the same date and time. If you book two smaller groups, you may want to arrive early to check in and request to be seated near each other. There are no guarantees, but cast members will do their best to accommodate if they can. At EPCOT, Luminous: The Symphony of Us has several options:

    - The Rose & Crown fireworks dining package
    - The Spice Road Table dining package
    - and a fireworks experience at the very new and cool GEO-82 Lounge

Over at Magic Kingdom, there is an amazing Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant available that provides you with “sweets and seats” for Happily Ever After, which might be one of Disney’s most loved fireworks shows. These experiences can be booked at 60 days prior to your arrival date if you’re staying at a Disney Resort hotel or 60 days from your event/dining date if you’re staying elsewhere.

Shaunie, I want to be sure to mention that none of these options are private. They are all open to booking for all Disney Resort guests. If you’re interested in a private event, the Disney Meetings & Events team would be more than happy to provide you with private options that might meet your needs.

Congratulations again on your upcoming wedding. I am so excited for you! If you need any additional help with planning for your special Disney experience, we’ll be here ready to help. We’ll see ya real soon!
