    I am planning a wedding in August and I was trying to reserve a character breakfast at a resort (not inside one of the parks) but I'm having trouble. Is there a reason the character breakfasts are all grayed out after August 3, 2011?

    Hi Cindi and Congratulations on your upcoming Wedding! Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs) can be made 180 days prior to your arrival to Walt Disney World Resort and the start of your vacation. Character Meals have to be booked as ADRs and will not be available until 180 days out. Hope this helps.
