Hi Alisa! While I love the Park Hopper Option, I don't think it is necessary for your vacation this time around. With it being your first visit over three days, you may find one park each day offers plenty to keep you occupied. However, if you decided to change your mind, for instance because you ended a day early at Animal Kingdom and wanted to have dinner at Epcot, then you can upgrade your tickets at Guest Relations right at the park. Hope this helps!
