Welcome BACK, Kelly!
Snacking around Disney has really become a big deal over the last few years. There are so many treats that look as good as taste that the
Disney Parks Blog has started posting almost weekly about what you need to try on your next visit. I even keep a running list in my phone that I add to as I read the new DPB postings!
"To be, or
knot to be..." Giant soft Mickey Pretzels are a favorite in my family too. They're served at various walk-up snack locations all over, some of which are push-cart style stands that aren't officially named. I'm specifically thinking of one in Magic Kingdom Park that if you were standing by the Partners Statue and Cinderella Caste were 12 on a clock, the stand would be at 9 O'clock. Another mapless stand, this time in Epcot, is located between Mouse Gears and Test Track. Lovingly known as the 'Future World Pretzel Stand', and location has four varieties! Plain, Salted Caramel, Cream Cheese, and Jalapeño and Cheese!
Here
are some current named and mapped
Counter Service Dining Locations where you can currently find these tasty twists: The Lunching Pad in Magic Kingdom Park, The Land Cart in Epcot, Anaheim Produce in Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Isle of Java at Disney's Animal Kingdom. And don't forget to follow your nose - if you can smell freshly popped popcorn, giant Mickey shaped pretzels usually aren't too far away.
Don't forget to
take home a calorie-free version of this classic Disney snack in the form of a keychain, t-shirt or cute stuffed friend so everyday can be Pretzel Day!
We'll See You Real Soon, Kelly!
