we are planning a WDW vacation in March (4 adults + 3 girls age 5, 5, 2) wilderness resort cabins state a maximum of 6 people. As the 2 year old always sleeps with her parents is it possible to reserve a cabin

Yes, Joanne!  The cabins at Fort Wilderness do indeed accommodate six people, with a bit of a catch.  A seventh (wee little bitty) person can squeeze in, too!  That is to say that the cabins will accommodate six plus one child under the age of three in a portable crib.  Whether or not you choose to make use of the crib is entirely up to you, but rest assured that your particular party of seven can be accommodated at Fort Wilderness in the cabins.

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
