We are planning our WDW vacation for the first week of June and are so excited because it's the first time for my kids (ages 5 and 9). We have the Deluxe Dining Plan and are unsure of where we can go to get our snacks.

    Hi Vanessa,

I'm so thrilled for your family as your Walt Disney World vacation approaches. I am sure you are getting excited. There is nothing like watching your kids enjoy the magic for the very first time.

Snack credits can be redeemed at many different locations. You can find snack options at many of the quick service restaurants as well as snack carts/stands throughout the parks. You can also redeem your snack credits for a number of items at the grab and go sections in the food courts of many of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels. To be sure you can use your credits on a particular snack, look for the specially marked Disney Dining Plan logo on the signage (typically a square logo with DDP on it).

Some of my personal favorite snacks are the Carrot Cake Cookie at Writer's Stop in Disney's Hollywood Studios, DoleWhip at Aloha Isle in Frontierland in Magic Kingdom, and the unique variety of handmade caramels at Karamel Kuche in Germany Pavilion in Epcot.

Have a wonderful trip. It will be here before you can say "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!"
