Planning 2011 WDW! Trying to decide between Pop and Carribean Beach. It will be 3 adults going! We stayed at Pop last time and had a blast! The difference in price is not an issue just looking at maybe some pros and cons of staying at each place! Thanks!

To be honest Gail my choice between these two resorts would be the Pop Century.  I have stayed in both and my experience at the Caribbean Beach was not so good and my time at Pop was great!

Caribbean Beach is an older resort and needs updating.  I think what I specifically don't care for is that you don't have a central lobby area where you can go for assistance about every aspect of your vacation whether it is your room, tickets, luggage, or just about anything else.  The lobby building is so far away so you can't easily reach it from most buildings.  If you choose this resort I would request a room not on the ground floor and with a water view.

I think the Pop Century food court is one of the best with a large variety of good  food available for all meals.  There is plenty of seating so I never had to wait and search for an available table. Although Pop Century is a value resort I think it has a feel more of moderate. The rooms do not have fancy decor but they are certainly clean and comfortable.  Many have been refurbished and if you are lucky to book one of these it is even better.  I love the pools at the Pop and love the themed decor. It is fanicful and fun and heck if you can save money and have a great Disney resort experience what could be better!

If you are looking to book something in the moderate category my choice is either Port Orleans French Quarter or Coronado Springs resorts.  It is fun to try new and different places until you have stayed in all and have found a home resort!
