    Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel to ask your question. You must be so excited to plan your September 2016 Disney Parks vacation now! The early Pooh gets the honey, right?

    If free Disney Dining Plan is offered next September, you should be able to upgrade a Quick Service Plan to the Disney Dining Plan. Also, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party usually premieres the second week of September each year, so your September 11th to September 17th vacation would intersect with the first week of this special event. How wonderful!
