Planning our 1st WDW trip for end of Sept. Feeling overwhelmed. 2 adults, 1 5yr old for only 4 days, one of which will be the day we arrive so we will get a LATE start. We want to see everything! Any tips on how to best manage our time w/ a 5 yr old?

You and your family are going to have a great time at Walt Disney World. We took our daughter when she was 5 and it was awesome. I would make sure to take him to play the Boneyard in Disney's Animal Kingdom. This huge play area with a huge jungle gym and sand pit filled with dinosaur fossils is a great spot to let your little one explore and play. While there make sure to see the Festival of the Lion King. Your whole family will be enthralled.  I would also make a point of planning a character meal to make some magical memories. With so many great options on both meals and meeting your favorite Disney friends, you are sure to have a great experience. The characters come to the tables, pose for pictures and really make kids feel special. At night I would try to experience a memorable night with a boat ride on Pirates and Pals. I think this is one of the best experiences for the little buccaneer. With Pirate tales, a fireworks show and a snack, this is a must do. I have many more great tips to make your family experience the best yet.
