Planning 2nd WDW trip in Dec. Wondering if there was some kind of care for 21 yr old mentally challenged da. so hubby & I could have a night to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. Would luv her to have a youn companion for an evening out!

    Hi Carolyn,

    Happy Anniversary!

Although, there are several options for parents of young children to have a night to themselves, I don't know of an official Walt Disney World caregiver for your needs.  My suggestion would be to go through a service like Care.com.  If you have enough time, you'll be able to post the "job" and interview potential candidates.  They also have a care-on call option for more last minute planning.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
