We are planning our WDW resort vacation for next June , for a party of five, and are worried that one of our party may cancel after we book. What are our options if that is to happen? Will we need to cancel and re-book our vacation all over again?

    Hi, Tiffany!

If you need to modify your reservation (by removing a guest from the reservation) have your confirmation number handy and call (407)W-DISNEY to speak to a reservationist.  They can update your reservation and remove the extra guest.  I would have your guest decide on their travel plans prior to 45 days of your arrival, as that is when your final payment will be due on your package reservation.

I hope it all works out that your Guest does not have to cancel and you can all enjoy the magic together, but if not, one of Disney's friendly reservationist will be happy to assist you!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
