Hello we are planning 6/2021 at WDW when I go on to book I need park reservations, which is fine we usually do one park per day however, is there a calendar of events out for next summer? And if reservations are lifted will it go back to normal for booking

    Hi Nicole,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are happy to see you stopping by with another great question.

Given the phased reopening plans for the Walt Disney World Resort, I am thrilled to see you planning to book a vacation package for next year. If you have not done so already, take a look at the resort reopening plans and the travel updates. As much as I would love to ask Genie what the future holds, he is off traveling the world now. So, alas, the calendar of events for next June and future park procedures remain a mystery.

Since park capacity is limited at this time, my primary suggestion for you is to make that resort hotel reservation with theme park tickets. Once you do so, you can make park selections in the Disney Park Pass system. My family just made a reservation for 2021 during my girls' spring break week and we were happy to get park passes for the length of our stay. We just planned our park days based on our typical park order with repeating visits to Disney's Hollywood Studios because we must join our Resistance Allies in their efforts to eliminate the First Order and bring peace to the galaxy!

After you make your park pass selections, keep an eye on the park availability and the park hours calendars. Once the calendars are up-to-date for the days of your visit, you may need to consider changing some of your park passes. After I made our park pass selections for April, I did switch some of the days. The process was simple, and I was reassured by first checking park availability.

Nicole, if you have not done so already, make that resort hotel reservation and solidify your park plans. I am sending pixie dust your way trusting that you will find yourself in the midst of some park pass magic!

    Magic and memories,
