Planning on visiting WDW this Thanksgiving 2011. What are the activites and/or is there an special parade for Thanksgiving, and will the Christmas decorations be out @ Thanksgiving? Where to eat Thanksgiving dinner at?

    Hi Becky!
Great minds must really think alike, as I will be in Walt Disney World during Thanksgiving as well!
Although there is no special parade for Thanksgiving, there will still be plenty of holiday events taking place including Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, the gingerbread house at the Grand Floridian, the Osbourne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and so much more.  The Christmas decorations will absolutely be on full display while you are there for Thanksgiving.  The two best places I hear about over and over again for Thanksgiving dinner are Liberty Tree Tavern at Magic Kingdom and Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge.  Although you can get a traditional Thanksgiving dinner anywhere on property for Thanksgiving Day, these two locations are talked about the most.
I hope this helps and I wish you a Magical vacation this fall!! :)
