We are planning on visiting WDW either November, or December of this year. We are hoping to bring our niece with us, but we aren't 100% sure she will be able to go. Are we able to partially cancel our reservation, or is it better to add her later?

    Hi Alison!

It is great to hear you are planning a fall vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort.  I sure hope your niece will be able to join you on your magical adventure.  As long as her addition will not require you to book a separate room or upgrade your existing room to a larger one, it would be better to call and add her to your reservation as soon as you find out whether or not she will be joining you.     Remember, you may begin making your dining reservations 180 days prior to your arrival.  I suggest making them to include your niece and then, if need be, calling to remove her from the reservation.  In my experience, it has always been easier to remove someone from a dining reservation than to add them later.

Have a wonderful time planning your trip!  Hoping all of you will be visiting soon!

    Magical Wishes,
