We are planning on visiting WDW for 3 days in November, 2009 and then again for 5 days in September, 2010. What would be the best ticket option for us? Was looking at Annual Passes, but didn't know if that was most cost effective?

I would personally compare the price of a 8 or 9 day Hopper ticket adding the no expiration option to the cost of the Annual Pass.  I also would recommend checking with your corporation and your local AAA or travel agent to see if they may have discounted tickets.  Please be sure to use only a reputable agency to avoid fraudulent tickets.  If you have children coming calculate whether it be better to purchase the tickets for them and the Annual Pass for the adults or the reverse.
