Hello there, Mariana!
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. I can see that you are planning a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth next week with a stop in Pixie Hollow! Well, you've come to the right place as Tinker Bell is one of my favorites, and she's sharing her pixie dust to help us find an answer to your question!
I was so excited to hear the news that
Pixie Hollow was reopening last month. Who wouldn't want to shrink down to the size of our favorite spirited fairy to explore this enchanted garden and meet Tink herself? Since this has been newly refurbished and hasn't been open on my most recent visits, I tapped my planDisney pal David, who is visiting the parks this week, to stop by and ask the Cast Members for the latest and greatest news about access to Pixie Hollow. I have some good news to share! They confirmed that Pixie Hollow is typically open to Guests for a walk-through after Tinker Bell is done meeting for the day, usually around mid-afternoon. Of course, this is always subject to change, but I'm hopeful that you will get a chance to stroll through and soak up the pixie-dusted charm even if Tink is off on a flight to Never Land.
If meeting Tinker Bell herself is also on your list, I highly recommend heading into the
Disneyland app on the morning of your visit to see if she will be making an appearance that day. When you open the app, tap the magnifying glass icon in the bottom navigation bar, which will pull up the park map. Along the top of the map, you can scroll through optional filters. Here, you'll select "Characters" and then tap "Show List". This will display a list of characters meeting that day in alphabetical order for easy reference. Currently, it appears that Tink only meets with Guests on select days. Looking at the calendar for next week, it looks like that's every day except Tuesday and Thursday, which unfortunately aligns with your planned park visit. I'm sorry to share that news, but I would still take a look at the app in the morning just in case anything has changed.
Even though you may not be able to give our favorite fairy a hug on your park day, it doesn't mean you can't find her during your visit. Of course, you can spot her throughout
Peter Pan's Flight in Fantasyland as you fly off on your very own pirate ship to Never Land! If you are planning to be in the parks once the sun goes down, you'll want to catch
Paint the Night, a spectacular nighttime parade. You'll be dazzled as Tink leads off this spectacle of lights, music, and Disneyland entertainment at its best!
Mariana, I hope this has been helpful in putting the finishing touches on your planning! If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at planDisney.
Wishing you a magical visit filled with faith, trust, and pixie dust!
Tara
