We are planning on visiting Oct 19-25, and I was wondering if Disney runs any specials during this time of year.

Hey Michael! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

In my opinion October is one of the best months to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. The weather is typically warm and the humidity is generally more tolerable than during the summer months. There are many great activities happening during this time of year also. We love the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. There are so many delicious food options to sample and also adult beverages that can be paired with the food! Our other favorite activity is Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. This is definitely a family favorite. My kids love to Trick or Treat throughout Magic Kingdom Park and Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade is such a great time.

During the time of your visit there may be Special Offers though none have been announced yet. In the past there have been room discounts and also sometimes free dining discounts offered. I recommend that you check frequently for Special Offers. If you already have your vacation booked and you see a Special Offer, feel free to call the Walt Disney World Resort Reservation line and ask a Cast Member if they can help you to adjust your reservation to reflect the Special Offer. Please note that Special Offers are subject to availability and are offered on a limited basis.

I hope that you have an #Unforgettable time.
