Hi, Sandra!
Starting on October 26, 2011, Disney made some changes to its dining policies. Many of the restaurants now require a credit card guarantee to hold the reservation and are asking for a 24-hour advance cancellation or forfeiture of a deposit.
According to the
official Crystal Palace Web site.
* When booking, the Guest must provide a credit card to hold the reservation.
* If the Guest cancels within one day of the reservation or if the dining party is a "no show" for the meal, a cancellation fee of $10 per person will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking.
You'll want to keep a close eye on the weather, of course, and decide based on the forecast if you are going to keep that reservation. Otherwise, you will incur a $10 charge for each member of the traveling party whose name appears on the reservation.
If you do opt to cancel, make sure to call (407) WDW-DINE 24 hours prior to your scheduled seating time in order to cancel.
Have a great time!
See you later, celebrator,
-Deborah B.
