Hi there, Ellen! Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I’m always thrilled to help a fellow resident of the North Star State.
While it’s certainly important to figure out which rides and shows you want to enjoy, I think it’s equally important to think about your dining and snack plan. So I like where your head is at! There are many nonalcoholic beverages and specialty drink options at quick service and table service locations all over the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. The best way to see what’s available is to
browse the different menus on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. You can do this by opening the app’s map feature and selecting the dining icon at the top of the screen.
Some dining locations in the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT offer zero-proof cocktails and nonalcoholic adult beverages, but these are more limited. I did a bit of research and here are your options at either theme park (menus and availability subject to change).
Magic Kingdom
- Cinderella’s Royal Table: Martinelli's Sparkling Cider
- Crystal Palace: Pink Spritzer
EPCOT
- Akershus Royal Banquet Hall: Heineken 0.0 Non-Alcoholic Lager
- Coral Reef Restaurant: Pink Spritzer, Agave Garden
- Shiki-Sai: Okinawa Wave, Calpis Dragon
- Space 220: Moon Rocks, Starship Lemonade
- Takumi-Tei: Blood Orange Spritzer, Okinawa Sunshine, Ginger Mimosa
- Teppan Edo: Ichigo Colada
You can find many other zero-proof options at Walt Disney World Resort hotels and Disney Springs. I had the Polynesian Punch on a recent trip to
Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto at the Polynesian Village Resort, and I would highly recommend it. The Skipper Sipper and Schweitzer Falls are classified as "No-Booze Brews" instead of zero-proof cocktails, but I'm not 100% sure what the distinction is. I can tell you they are 100% delicious.
I hope this information is useful for your upcoming trip, Ellen. If you have any other questions or need more dining recommendations, don’t hesitate to pop back to planDisney. We’re always happy to help!
Magical travels!
Matt
