    We are planning on visiting Disneyland on Thanksgiving day. Website says that fastpass is gone and another program will take it's place this fall. Is there any ability now to schedule attractions? If we buy now can we get get the new program later?

    We're so thankful that you've come to see us, and I'm happy to assist you today. Gathering to celebrate Thanksgiving in the Happiest Place on Earth sounds practically perfect in every way. Be sure to check out a full list of holiday offerings that may overlap with your stay.

    Disney is currently gearing up to launch the “Genie” feature, which will be part of the Disneyland Mobile App. With this new feature, you will have the option to purchase Genie+ which will grant Lightning Lane access and allow Guests to bypass the line at some attractions, similar to how Disney MaxPass used to work. You can't reserve attractions just yet, and we don't know exactly when this system will debut, so I recommend following the Disney Parks Blog to be among the first to know when the Genie will be let out of the bottle. When it's time, you will be able to opt into the program and add Genie+ to existing tickets.
